Handmade Stoneware Bowl – Lichen Glaze

Description

Another of my experimental stoneware bowls, hand-thrown in my Cornwall studio.

Finished in a creamy white glaze with iron and chrome oxides sponged onto the surface to create a mottled, lichen-like effect.

with a slightly less substantial feel, but still a good, practical size.

As with all my experimental pieces, the glaze and decoration make each bowl a little different.

Approximately 8 inches wide and 2.5 inches high.

Handmade in Cornwall.
