Handmade Stoneware Bowl – Lichen Glaze

Description

Another of my experimental stoneware bowls, hand-thrown in my Cornwall studio.

Finished in a creamy white glaze with iron and chrome oxides sponged onto the surface to create a mottled, lichen-like pattern.

The decoration is applied by hand, so no two bowls will ever look exactly alike.

A simple, practical bowl with a slightly rustic finish, equally at home in the kitchen or on display.

Approximately 8.5 inches in diameter.

Handmade in Cornwall.
